[Remote] REMOTE UI/UX Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is an early-stage technology startup focused on building modern software to enhance business operations. They are seeking a UX/UI Designer to design and improve their web-based project management platform, collaborating closely with leadership and development teams to bring new features from concept to production.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for web-based SaaS applications
ā¢ Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
ā¢ Build and maintain design systems, UI standards, and style guides
ā¢ Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability and adoption
ā¢ Ensure a consistent, modern, and engaging experience across the platform
ā¢ Translate business objectives into thoughtful, effective user experiences
ā¢ Collaborate with leadership to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements
ā¢ Participate in ideation sessions and contribute creative solutions to product challenges
ā¢ Create functional specs, user stories, workflows, and design documentation
ā¢ Support QA testing, feature validation, and release readiness
ā¢ Analyze user feedback and product performance to recommend enhancements
ā¢ Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
ā¢ Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and outsourced development teams
ā¢ Coordinate sprint timelines, deliverables, and development milestones
ā¢ Track progress to ensure features ship on schedule and within scope
ā¢ Communicate priorities, requirements, and updates across stakeholders
ā¢ Identify risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints while driving resolution
ā¢ Maintain project documentation, reporting, and development status updates
Skills
ā¢ 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web-based applications or SaaS platforms
ā¢ Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and modern interface work
ā¢ Experience coordinating software development or managing product-related projects
ā¢ Ability to work directly with developers, engineering teams, or outsourced partners
ā¢ Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, and usability testing
ā¢ Experience translating business requirements into user experiences and technical specs
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
ā¢ Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership
ā¢ Experience with SaaS, workflow tools, or project management software is a plus
ā¢ Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools
ā¢ Prototyping, user journey mapping, and interaction design
ā¢ Responsive and mobile-first design principles
ā¢ Design system creation and maintenance
ā¢ User research methodologies and usability testing
ā¢ Writing product requirements and user stories
ā¢ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
ā¢ Exposure to AI-assisted design tools
ā¢ QA testing, release management, and product lifecycle support
