About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Processor to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT. As a Data Entry Processor, you'll play a critical role in our business processing operations, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in data entry, document classification, and other tasks. You'll work collaboratively and independently, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive success and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements and guidelines
Manually identify and classify different types of forms (MEDI) based on client specifications
Work on various tasks, including Data Entry, Verify, MEDI, and other DE tasks, following established procedures and guidelines
Demonstrate problem-solving skills, working independently with minimal supervision
Comply with company policies and standards, ensuring data integrity and quality
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and drive success
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in data entry or a related field
A typing speed of 40 wpm or higher, as demonstrated through a typing test
Basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
The ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and effectively translate information accurately
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:
Previous experience in a remote work environment or with a similar company
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel proficiency
