The role of Remote Recruiter involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, assisting in filling positions, and conducting interviews and negotiations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidatesPartner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placementsProficient use of recruiting tools and materialsCold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offersConduct reference checks on candidatesSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConsistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidatesMust be comfortable establishing relationships over the phoneAct with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindsetEffective negotiation skillsSuccessful completion of gpac training and all training requirementsA degree is preferred but not requiredBenefitsCommissions, which can range from $40k to $500k+ annuallyAfter the appropriate waiting period, you'd be eligible to participate in gpac benefits including: health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and 401k planCompany Overviewgpac is a staffing and recruiting company that provides talent recruitment and development services.
