They are seeking Remote Math Competition Tutors to deliver online lessons and support students preparing for AMC 8 and AMC 10 mathematics competitions.ResponsibilitiesDeliver online math lessons (one-on-one or small group) focused on AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparationTeach in English using interactive and problem-solving based methods to help students develop strong analytical and logical thinking skillsGuide students through competition-style problems and explain key concepts and strategies used in math competitionsAssign and review practice problems and homework, providing clear explanations and feedback to strengthen understandingHelp students build systematic approaches to common competition math topics such as number theory, algebra, counting, probability, and geometrySupport students in developing confidence and effective test-taking strategies for math competitionsSkillsBachelor's degree or above; all majors are welcomeAvailable to work during weekday evenings and weekendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong math foundation; familiarity with math competitions such as AMC 8/10, AIME, or MathCounts is highly preferredExperience participating in or teaching math competition is strongly preferredBilingual proficiency in Mandarin is preferredPrevious tutoring or teaching experience is a plusCompany OverviewThink Academy US (www.TheThinkAcademy.com), a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group(NYSE: TAL), is recently established education technology (Ed-Tech) company to provide K-12 extra-curricular learning services through science and technology.
