The role involves answering inbound customer calls, addressing concerns, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records while upholding the company's standards of professionalism.ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound customer calls promptly and professionallyDetermine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointmentCommunicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heardDocument and update customer recordsEstablish and maintain great customer relationshipsBe a team player and uphold Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integritySkillsPositive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-orientedMust provide your own equipmentProficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpmThe ability to help solve customer problemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
