**Job Summary:**

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in our team's success by providing top-notch support to our customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include coding and entering data into our computer system or database, verifying the accuracy of the data entered, and performing a variety of clerical tasks. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Code and enter data into our computer system or database with precision and accuracy
* Verify the accuracy of the data entered to ensure high-quality results
* Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including contact with other offices and/or the public to relay factual information or to explain simple procedures
* Utilize computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications, including Google, to complete tasks efficiently
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional support and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in related areas performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
* Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, including Google
* Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies
* US and Canada resident only

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Google
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
* Certification in data entry or a related field
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
