The role involves designing realistic workplace scenarios, evaluating AI-generated legal responses, and providing structured feedback based on legal standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign realistic workplace scenarios drawn from employment or labor law practiceCreate tasks involving EEOC charge responses, severance agreements, non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, wage and hour analyses, NLRB matters, employment policies, or handbook issuesDevelop legal prompts and scenario materials that reflect real-world workplace disputes, investigations, and compliance workflowsEnsure scenarios are clear, realistic, legally grounded, and appropriate for structured evaluationWrite attorney-quality reference responses for employment and labor law tasksEvaluate AI-generated responses against legal accuracy, practical judgment, issue spotting, and professional standardsReview outputs involving workplace investigations, employee policies, wage and hour analysis, severance matters, NLRB proceedings, or collective bargaining issuesIdentify gaps in legal reasoning, incomplete analysis, weak drafting, unsupported conclusions, or impractical recommendationsGrade legal responses against structured rubrics and project-specific evaluation criteriaProvide clear written feedback explaining response strengths, weaknesses, and legal reasoning issuesParticipate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to align review standardsMaintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted legal evaluation workSkills1–4 years of professional experience in employment or labor law at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, labor organization, or comparable legal environmentExperience as an employment defense attorney, plaintiff-side employment attorney, in-house labor counsel, EEO investigator, senior associate, or related practitionerJ.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent legal education from an accredited law schoolU.S. law license, active or inactive, or comparable legal qualification relevant to project scopeStrong experience with one or more of the following: EEOC charge responses, wage and hour analysis, severance and non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, employee handbook drafting, NLRB proceedings, or collective bargainingExcellent written communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote, project-based environmentClass action or wage and hour collective action experienceWorkplace investigation certification such as AWI-CH or comparable trainingMulti-state employment compliance experienceFamiliarity with HRIS platforms, investigation tools, case management systems, or workplace compliance workflowsExperience with NLRB matters, collective bargaining, labor relations, or employee policy reviewAvailability for at least 15 hours per week, with higher availability preferred depending on project scopeBenefitsFully remote with flexible schedulingWeekly payments via Stripe or WiseCompany OverviewAt 24-MAG, we support emerging AI and consulting platforms by sourcing and connecting qualified professionals with remote, contract-based opportunities.
