[Remote] Account Representative

They are seeking an Account Representative to service customers through inbound and outbound calls, presenting and closing on products and services while ensuring excellent customer interactions and documentation. Responsibilities To service customers via inbound and outbound calls in regards to presenting and closing customers on products and services, and handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, professional manner Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and route for follow up When applicable at point of contact, respond appropriately to customers’ questions and resolve inquiries Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines Exceeds Quality and Quantity Performance Standards Sets a positive example for co-workers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures Supportive in assisting the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals by completion of tasks, continued training, etc Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers Establish and maintain effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties Available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position Responsible for following good housekeeping and quality procedures Follows and observes all safety practices Additional duties required as directed by departmental management Occasionally, employees currently recognized as high performers through recent performance evaluations, or employees with current demonstrated productivity leadership compared to other employees on existing metrics may be asked to engage in overtime Skills High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year experience in the field Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales English/Spanish bilingual preferred DME experience Brightree experience Call center experience a plus as position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone Ability to take initiative and work independently Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to keep you and your family healthy.
