They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers with post-purchase inquiries and ensure a high-quality customer service experience.ResponsibilitiesTakes incoming calls from customers concerning post purchase related issues or concerns, including returning product, tracking orders, cancellations, etcDisplays professional, courteous demeanor when handling customer calls.
