Independent Property Adjuster

We’re looking to add an experienced Independent Property Adjuster to support our continued growth throughout the greater Pittsburgh region. This is a remote, 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for a self-motivated adjuster who can independently manage claims while providing excellent customer service.

Coverage Area

Current claim opportunities are focused throughout:
• Allegheny County
• Butler County
• Westmoreland County
• Armstrong County
• Clarion County
• Additional areas within approximately 2 hours east of Pittsburgh

Responsibilities
• Conduct residential and commercial property inspections
• Assess damages related to property claims
• Prepare detailed estimates and documentation
• Communicate professionally with insureds, contractors, and carriers
• Manage claim files from assignment through resolution
• Maintain timely reporting and accurate records

Qualifications
• Previous property adjusting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate and claims estimating software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively
• Active adjuster license(s) preferred where applicable
• Reliable transportation for field inspections throughout the coverage territory
