Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ModSquad is seeking experienced bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team. The role involves supporting customers by phone and email, addressing inquiries related to property taxes while providing clear and empathetic assistance in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a professional, timely manner • Actively listen and communicate with empathy to ensure customers feel heard and understood • Provide accurate, detailed, and timely resolutions to customer questions • Escalate issues appropriately when necessary • Stay informed about task updates and policy changes to maintain accuracy • Meet and maintain established performance metrics Skills • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Friendly, helpful, and upbeat communication style • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional grammar and written communication skills • Prior experience with property taxes is a plus • Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a professional, timely manner • Actively listen and communicate with empathy to ensure customers feel heard and understood • Provide accurate, detailed, and timely resolutions to customer questions • Escalate issues appropriately when necessary • Stay informed about task updates and policy changes to maintain accuracy • Meet and maintain established performance metrics • Self-schedule a minimum of 20 hours per week • Minimum 90-day commitment (as needed) • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia or Tahoe • Willingness to install ModSquad security systems on computer and mobile phone • Stable broadband internet (50 Mbps or higher) • 8 GB RAM or greater • Dual monitors highly recommended Company Overview • ModSquad is a digital engagement company that offers moderation, customer support, community management and social media services.
