[Remote] Release Train Engineer (RTE/Cloud Platform)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a Cloud Platform Agile Release Train within a highly regulated environment. This role involves partnering with various teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Agile teams while following SAFe Agile practices.ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt eventsCoordinate planning and execution across multiple Agile teams supporting cloud platform initiativesManage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments to ensure aligned deliveryProvide visibility into ART performance through metrics, milestone tracking, and forecastingPartner with Product Owners, Architects, Systems Engineering, and Engineering Leadership to support feature readiness and planningDrive issue resolution and escalation across teams and stakeholdersSupport Agile teams that may not have dedicated Scrum Master coverageCollaborate with adjacent platform and product teams to align integration efforts and delivery plansSkills8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program/project management, or related roles3+ years of experience in a scaled Agile role (RTE, Sr. Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, etc.)Experience as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or similar leadership roleStrong experience within SAFe Agile environments, including PI Planning and ART executionProven ability to support large-scale Agile programs with multiple Scrum teamsExperience managing dependencies, integrations, risks, and stakeholder communicationsBackground supporting cloud-based platforms and distributed engineering teamsExperience working in regulated environments (medical device, healthcare, or similar preferred)Strong facilitation, organization, and communication skillsBenefitsMedical/dental/vision insuranceHSAFSA401(k)Life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employeesSalaried personnel receive paid time offHourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by lawHourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leaveCompany OverviewDice is a job-searching platform for technology professionals.
