[Remote] Reinsurance Solution Analyst

TSR Consulting is seeking a Reinsurance Solution Analyst to perform Business Analyst responsibilities for a Reinsurance Administration application. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and collaborating with internal teams to define integration requirements and support QA testing. Responsibilities
ā¢ Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User Interface documentation. ā¢ Documenting as-is business processes using Microsoft Visio.
ā¢ Defining and documenting to-be business processes. ā¢ Acting as the liaison between Business and IT. ā¢ Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing cross-functional impacts and defining integration requirements. ā¢ Providing support for QA testing and User Acceptance testing and defect resolution. ā¢ Managing the backlog of enhancement requests in JIRA. ā¢ Working with Business to prioritize enhancements. Skills
ā¢ A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience. ā¢ A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance, with solid Reinsurance Underwriting, Claims, and/or Accounting Business Acumen.
ā¢ Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements. ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail. ā¢ Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills. ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. ā¢ Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives. ā¢ Experience in Agile methodologies.
