They are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to develop new business, lead strategic sales campaigns, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers within the territoryLead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized, workflow-based solutionsConsult with laboratories to assess processes, optimize efficiency, and implement MADx technologiesBuild long-term relationships with clinicians, laboratory medical directors, and other key decision-makers in both public and private healthcare networksMonitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetrationManage pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviewsCollaborate closely with Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure aligned customer engagementUphold compliance and ethical standards in all interactionsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred7+ years' experience in complex clinical diagnostic product sales, to include both capital equipment and diagnostic reagents and/or consumablesProven track record in new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years)Extensive expertise and deep network in the commercial clinical laboratory space to include major national reference labs, large healthcare networks or specialty Allergy testing centersExcellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsExcellent command of English; additional languages are a plusIndependent, field-based work style with regional travel flexibilityMBA preferredBenefitsHealth insuranceTravel reimbursementCar allowance in line with regional requirementsCompany OverviewSince the foundation of MADx in 2016, we produce reliable allergy and food intolerance tests for diagnostic clinics, laboratories, doctors' practices and hospitals.
