This remote-based leadership role involves managing dealer relationships, developing marketing initiatives, and ensuring sales performance compliance within the assigned geography.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for dealer targets (i.e. sales, profit, market share, loyalty) within the assigned geography, and build solid relationships with the dealer through credibility and to lead dealers in a desired direction by coaching and eventual dealer buy-in. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive regional salesConduct regular QBRs, maintain frequent sales updates, and facilitate effective communication within the distribution network to enhance forecasting accuracy and ensure a proactive and collaborative approach to promote the sales performance with the assigned geography. Assist dealers with retail customer calls to enhance dealer/manufacturer profile and credibility, Assist dealers in closing deals with end-usersEnsure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and excellence within the sales team. Drive sales pipeline management process with dealer sales personnel (coach, review, track, report, follow-up). Plan, facilitate, and present at meetings and field days of 10 - 100 attendees throughout the yearPlan, manage, and attend farm shows along with other marketing functions to build product and brand awareness.
