[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage existing business, cultivate customer relationships, and drive sales growth within the assigned region.ResponsibilitiesCultivate and manage relationship with existing customers and distributors within assigned region in order to meet and exceed sales goalsIdentifying and presenting new opportunities with existing customers by conducting monthly planning presentation to using data to recap how our products are doing and suggesting ways to increase volumeCreate, implement and execute strategies to achieve assigned corporate objectivesEngage new National and Regional Grocery Chain Accounts to gain incremental businessIntroduce and Roll out new innovation to Customers as well as distributorsDevelop and execute an actionable annual sales plan that meets or exceeds in both volume and trade spend targetsEnsure Annual Sales Plans are maintained in Trade Promotion Management Software tool – Go SimpleWork with Sales Finance team to build customer contracts, assist with deduction concerns as well as trade promotionsProactively analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities for sales and volume growthPrepare Sales forecast for all indirect buying customersProvide weekly recap reportsCollaborate with all company departments to drive results for the businessSkillsBachelor's Degree required5 years sales experience, preferably in CPG SalesDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft productsDirect selling experience in grocery class of trade – via brokers okay but direct preferredDemonstrated ability to interpret, communicate and leverage syndicated POS and panel data against selling objectives (Nielsen and or IRI)Demonstrated initiative as well as success in achieving personal and team quotasAbility to manage accounts at the headquarter levelStrong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skillsAbility to identify execute priorities within a multi-task business environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel 15-25%Resilient self-starter who thrives in an environment that is face paced and is able to adapt to changing environments/situationsBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision benefits401kPTOAnd more!Company OverviewFlorida’s Natural is a farmer-owned agricultural cooperative proudly representing more than 1,000 Florida family farms.
