Research and Development Analyst

They are seeking a Research and Development Analyst to support the development of clinical assessment products across their portfolio, working collaboratively with various professionals to ensure quality and timely deliverables in both print and digital formats.ResponsibilitiesSupporting research and development efforts under the supervision of a Research DirectorContributing to the development, refinement, maintenance, and quality control of assessmentsThe abilities and mental flexibility to take on various tasks as needed to work as part of a team managing multiple products at various stages of developmentDemonstrated success working as an individual contributor and within a collaborative team settingComfortable learning from mentors, incorporating constructive feedback, and contributing to a positive team cultureAbility to work well independently and take the initiative to follow through with tasks and to problem solve when questions arise or clarification is neededExperience, skills, and/or demonstrated ability to utilize technology, mobile and web applications, and software and to upskill in areas such as artificial intelligenceAbility to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, and draw conclusions that are clear, consistent, sound, and fair and communicate these ideas in constructive and actionable waysAbility to work well in a business environment, understanding how business requirements may differ from clinical, educational, or academic practice.
