[Remote] Regional Sales Director- Great Lakes Region

They are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, achieve sales objectives, and expand market presence. The role involves coaching the sales team, developing customer relationships, and collaborating with senior leadership to support regional growth.ResponsibilitiesLeads the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales team members within the regionEstablishes clear monthly and annual sales targets and ensures achievement of key performance metricsProvides consistent field coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to drive individual and team successMaintains and expands relationships with key aesthetic customers, physician partners, and strategic accountsDevelops and implements regional sales strategies aligned with national sales initiativesAnalyzes sales trends and business insights to adjust sales plans and maximize territory growthEnsures compliance with Company sales processes, documentation standards, CRM usage, and regulatory requirementsCollaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Training/Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and OperationsRepresents the Company at trade shows, conferences, customer programs, workshops, and regional events as neededConducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs to evaluate sales approach and alignmentExtensive travel required based on business needs, including overnight and occasional weekendsMaintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating proceduresManage direct reportsProvide constructive feedback and guidance to develop leadership in direct reports and department managementConduct performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as neededTravel domestically up to 50% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiativesMaintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetingsEnsure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframesFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessaryPerform other duties as assignedSkillsAt least 5 year(s) of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related field requiredAt least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representativesProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectivesValid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the regionClearance of favorable background investigation requiredBachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferredCompany OverviewTiger Aesthetics BioDerma partners with leading providers across MedSpas and Dermatology practices to bring advanced, regenerative-focused solutions into modern patient care.
