[Remote] Regional Marketing Manager - Wide Band Gap (SiC/GaN)

Nexperia is a leading semiconductor company, and they are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to drive commercial success across their GaN and SiC portfolio. The role involves defining and executing regional marketing and pricing strategies, engaging with customers and partners, and capturing growth opportunities in the wide bandgap markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional business development plan focused on GaN and SiC opportunities, including TAM/SAM/QSAM and application trendsEngage directly with OEMs, customers, and distribution partners to grow share of wallet and strengthen Nexperia’s market positionOwn and implement regional pricing strategy, including quoting, negotiations, and margin optimisationLead and manage RFQs and commercial negotiations with end customers and partnersDefine and execute sales channel strategies, including pricing structures, incentive programmes, and contract conditionsIdentify and capture new business opportunities through marketing lead generation and conversionCollaborate with Sales to convert leads into revenue, ensuring strong pipeline managementCollect and analyse market intelligence and pricing benchmarks to support business growth decisionsDrive adoption of wide bandgap technologies by aligning value propositions with customer application needsSkillsStrong background in marketing, business development, and pricing strategyGood understanding of global semiconductor markets, supply chains, and customer ecosystemsExperience with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Spotfire)Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable strategiesExcellent negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skillsStrong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approachHighly self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurialStrong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and commercial audiencesCustomer-focused with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving marketsCollaborative and effective in global, cross-functional environmentsBachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or EconomicsExperience in marketing, sales, or business analysis, ideally within semiconductors or B2B technology marketsProven track record in commercial growth, pricing, and customer engagementPreferably experience in semiconductors, power electronics, or wide bandgap technologies (GaN / SiC)Exposure to power electronics or wide bandgap markets (GaN / SiC) is highly desirableCompany OverviewA global leader in discretes, logic and MOSFET devices It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in Nijmegen, Gelderland, NLD, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
