They are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring proactive and strategic marketing support for each location. The role involves managing organic social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and local marketing initiatives while collaborating with the Director of Marketing on broader brand strategies.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary marketing partner for an assigned portfolio of Gravity Haus propertiesBuild strong relationships with General Managers and on-site leadership teams to understand business priorities and marketing needsLead bi-weekly marketing reviews with property teams to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and align on upcoming initiativesDevelop and execute localized marketing plans to support occupancy, food & beverage revenue, memberships, events, and other property goalsProactively identify need periods and partner with Revenue Management and Operations teams on demand-generation strategiesOwn day-to-day organic social media strategy and execution across assigned propertiesManage local content creators and social media contractors, including briefing, content review, approvals, and performance managementEnsure content is aligned with brand standards, seasonal priorities, and business objectivesMonitor engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics, adjusting strategy as neededManage influencer partnerships from outreach through execution and performance reportingCoordinate contracts, deliverables, property stays, and content requirementsEvaluate partnership effectiveness and recommend future opportunities based on measurable resultsCollaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure influencer efforts support broader brand objectivesOwn execution of property-level and portfolio-wide email marketing initiativesDevelop and deploy monthly property communications, seasonal booking campaigns, and quarterly promotional initiativesManage audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, and reportingContinuously optimize performance through data-driven improvements to content, targeting, and cadenceSupport integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, local print advertisers, website content, partnerships, and on-property marketing channelsCoordinate creative assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign launchesManage relationships with local print and media partners, coordinating advertising placements, promotional opportunities, creative deliverables, and performance tracking to support property marketing goalsPartner with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives efficiently and effectivelyMonitor and report on key performance indicators including engagement, traffic, bookings, conversions, email performance, and campaign ROITranslate marketing data into actionable recommendations for property and marketing leadershipPresent performance insights and optimization opportunities during property reviews and team meetingsEnsure consistent execution of Gravity Haus brand standards across all assigned properties and marketing channelsSupport brand consistency across digital, social, email, print, and on-property guest touchpointsAct as a steward of the Gravity Haus brand while tailoring marketing efforts to local market needsSkills3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, consumer, or multi-location brandsExperience partnering directly with business leaders, clients, or operational stakeholdersStrong understanding of social media, email marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing fundamentalsExperience managing influencer relationships, content creators, agencies, or external vendorsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendationsExperience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media management tools, and marketing analyticsExceptional communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to work within Mountain or Pacific Time ZonesHospitality, hotel, membership, or lifestyle brand experienceBenefitsHealth insuranceA 401(k) with company matchAn All-In Gravity Haus Membership that includes adventure perks like discounted stays, gear rentals, wellness programming, and moreCompany OverviewGravity Haus designs one-of-a-kind encounters that bind individuals to one another and the natural world.
