This senior-level position involves managing multiple active searches, ensuring high-quality candidate outcomes, and serving as a strategic partner to clients throughout the recruiting process.ResponsibilitiesSearch Ownership and ExecutionLead and manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple active searches simultaneouslyConduct intake and discovery discussions to fully understand client needs, role requirements, and Ideal Candidate ProfilesProactively source and engage passive and active candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategiesConduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needsPresent high-quality candidate submittals that are aligned with role expectations and client cultureClient Management and CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for assigned searches, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsivenessLead biweekly client meetings to review search progress, provide market feedback, and align on next stepsEducate clients on recruiting best practices, including job descriptions, compensation expectations, title alignment, and talent availabilityProvide guidance on transferable skills, industry comparisons, and candidate evaluationInterview and Offer Process ManagementCoordinate and schedule client interviews, ensuring a seamless and timely processPrepare candidates and clients for interviews to drive effective conversations and outcomesAssist clients in the offer process, including offer structuring, communication, and negotiation supportDrive searches to successful placement with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityPerformance and AccountabilityConsistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goalsMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS and recruiting systemsDemonstrate ownership of search outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing challengesCollaboration and Team EngagementParticipate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Director of RecruitingEngage in weekly team meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practicesCollaborate with peers to ensure consistency and excellence across the recruiting functionSkillsBachelor's degree preferred but not required. Candidates with equivalent relevant experience are encouraged to apply5 to 10 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within direct hire or retained search environmentsProven track record of successfully managing and closing multiple searchesStrong ability to manage client relationships in a consultative and professional mannerExperience conducting full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer managementOwnership and Accountability: Takes full responsibility for search outcomes and drives progress with urgencyProfessional Presence: Represents Sales Xceleration Recruiting with credibility and confidence in all client and candidate interactionsCommunication Skills: Ability to lead conversations, ask effective questions, and deliver clear, direct feedbackBusiness Acumen: Understands how roles, titles, and expectations vary across industries and company sizesConsultative Approach: Able to educate and guide clients through the recruiting process and decision-makingResilience and Tough Conversations: Comfortable addressing challenges, setting expectations, and having direct conversations with both clients and candidatesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCommitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and client experienceCompany OverviewAt Sales Xceleration, we help businesses accelerate revenue growth through our Certified Sales Operating Management System™ and the guidance of our Fractional Sales Leaders.
