The role involves supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing an efficient hiring process, coordinating recruiting activities, conducting initial candidate outreach, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day execution of the recruitment process across multiple roles and departmentsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-upsConduct initial candidate phone screens using structured interview tools (e.g., Honeit) and provide detailed summaries to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring ManagersPartner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment on scheduling, candidate flow, and interview feedback timelinesAssist with candidate sourcing effortsReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for initial outreachMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, updates, and professional interactionsCoordinate and support hiring-related meetings, including intake sessions and debrief discussionsMaintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company informationOther duties as assignedSkillsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting roleStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholdersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracyBasic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practicesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionExperience coordinating interviews or supporting recruiting effortsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, etc)Exposure to structured interview tools such as Honeit or similar platforms is a plusStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesAbility to travel as neededAbility to handle stressAbility to meet work deadlinesAbility to be present at work as the job requiresBenefitsOpportunity to Invest in Your Future.
