They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts by ensuring a great candidate experience, organizing hiring processes, and maintaining candidate data and pipelines.ResponsibilitiesRun proactive sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter for active rolesDraft and send personalized outbound messages; manage follow-up cadencesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles across service linesSchedule interviews across time zones, balancing candidate and senior leader calendarsManage the full lifecycle: confirmations, reschedules, links, prep materials, follow-upsServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the processMaintain candidate data and stages in the ATS; keep the system clean and accurateGenerate weekly recruiting reports — open roles, pipeline health, time-to-fill, funnel metricsAudit and improve ATS workflows as we scaleOwn the candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding handoffSend timely, thoughtful communications at every stageCollect candidate feedback and surface trends to the TA teamProvide white-glove coordination for partner-track and executive searchesSchedule across senior leadership calendars with discretionPrepare interview materials, scorecards, and debrief sessionsManage job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, niche boards, and the careers pageCoordinate with recruiting agencies and search partners on active mandatesProcess referral submissions and support employer branding initiativesSkills2–5 years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR ops, or executive supportExceptional organizational skills; never drops a threadComfortable working with senior executives with confidence and discretionTech-fluent: ATS (Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Teams, PPTHigh EQ; treats every candidate like the firm's reputation is on the lineSelf-motivated and accountable in a remote-first settingRecruiting experience in professional services, financial services, or PE-backed firmsExposure to executive searchCompany OverviewWaylin Partners is a business consulting company that provides technical accounting, strategic value creation, and data analytics.
