[Remote] Enterprise Resources Planning Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infojini Inc is seeking a senior ERP Program Manager (consultant) to support their ERP transformation initiative. The selected consultant will provide overall program leadership, establish program governance, develop and manage the ERP roadmap, and oversee multiple project managers and workstreams throughout the ERP lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead overall ERP program management activities, including planning, execution, governance, reporting, and stakeholder managementDevelop and maintain the ERP program roadmap, implementation strategy, and integrated program planEstablish program governance structures, decision-making processes, and executive reporting mechanismsManage and coordinate multiple project managers responsible for individual ERP workstreams and related initiativesOversee program risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and resource planningCollaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and successful deliverySupport ERP vendor and system integrator management activitiesDrive organizational readiness, change management, and business process transformation effortsEnsure program objectives, milestones, and expected business outcomes are achievedSkills10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP programs and enterprise transformation initiativesDemonstrated experience serving as the overall Program Manager for ERP strategy, planning, selection, implementation, or modernization effortsStrong project and program management experience, including oversight of multiple project managers and cross-functional workstreamsExperience establishing PMO and governance structures, executive reporting, and program controlsProven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and executive-level communicationsExperience managing ERP implementations involving Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Budgeting, Payroll, or other enterprise functionsPublic sector experience supporting state, county, municipal, higher education, or government organizations is requiredExperience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, , or similar enterprise solutionsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification preferredERP strategy and roadmap developmentERP vendor evaluation and selectionBusiness process transformation and organizational change managementPublic sector ERP modernization programs exceeding $10M in budget and involving multiple stakeholders and agencies/departmentsCompany OverviewInfojini Inc. delivers innovative IT Services and Solutions to empower startups, Fortune 500 companies, and global enterprises.
