[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting and HR onboarding functions, serving as the primary point of contact for coordinating interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.ResponsibilitiesSchedule phone/video interviews, onsite panels and pre/post team debriefs with the teamConduct initial candidate screening, including phone screens and video interviews, to identify qualified applicantsCheck references for final-stage candidates to validate their qualifications and fitIdentify opportunities to improve the overall candidate experience and implement process improvementsMaintain a high level of confidentiality in all recruiting-related mattersUpdate candidate records, feedback, and other documentation in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred)Administer Greenhouse ATS, including posting jobs, managing applicant data, and generating reportsCollaborate with the People team to develop and implement recruiting and talent acquisition strategiesWork closely with hiring managers throughout all stages of the hiring processConduct weekly onboarding for new employeesSkillsPrior experience in a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant, or scheduling roleStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and manage multiple prioritiesSelf-starter with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindsetProficient in conducting initial candidate screening and reference checksProficient in GreenhouseExcellent computer and Google Suite skillsFamiliarity with Slack or similar collaboration toolsCommitment to GoGuardian's mission and valuesMust be willing to work Pacific Time Zone business hoursBenefitsCompetitive payComplete health insurance401(k) matchingEmployee equity planFlexible time offPaid holidaysPaid parental leavePaid year-end holiday breakWork from home fundsFertility & adoption reimbursementCompany OverviewGoGuardian is an edtech startup that makes subscription software for K-12 schools.
