[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into appointments, and support the sales team in achieving performance targets. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads generated from our website, lead providers, and inbound web forms Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follow the designated call cadence for each lead source Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring clear and accurate handover of information Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions in our internal systems Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for appointment setting and conversion Conduct cold calls using a provided lead database and re-engage with prior contacts and warm leads Skills Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Strong computer proficiency; ability to talk and type simultaneously Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities Financially motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills, the ability to think quickly, multitask effectively, and maintain a proactive, goal-oriented mindset Benefits Medical Life Dental Vision insurance coverage 401k for retirement Company Overview Best Choice Roofing offers a variety of roof repair and replacement solutions with a focus on quality and customer service.
