Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating a seamless onboarding process. This pivotal role involves establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers, maintaining an active talent pipeline, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our organization’s objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies, utilizing job postings, social media, career fairs, and professional networking events.
• Proactively build and sustain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for both current and future positions.
• Critically assess resumes and applications to identify the most qualified individuals for open roles.
• Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
• Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.
• Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and selection methods.
• Gather and evaluate interview feedback to support informed hiring decisions.
• Manage the job offer process, including negotiations and overseeing pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.
• Advocate for the company's culture and values through innovative recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Adhere to employment regulations and organizational policies.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to enhance effectiveness and refine processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, particularly through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
• Relevant experience in recruiting within a specific industry or niche (e.g., manufacturing, tech, healthcare).
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment.
• Genuine passion for identifying and connecting top talent with suitable opportunities.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (1-3 years for entry-level, 3-5 years for mid-level).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools is advantageous.
