The Recruiter will focus on sourcing new caregivers, maintaining relationships, and supporting the department in finding employment opportunities for caregivers in healthcare facilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone-based recruiting and outreachMaintain relationships with caregivers throughout the process from initial contact through placement, with a focus on the caregiver experience and retaining the caregiver through future placementsFollows up by phone on qualified leads and seeks out potential candidates within the healthcare field to match up with open positions in healthcare facilities across the nationConduct initial phone screens with candidates in order to qualify candidates to open positions, then works internally with Account Managers to identify where the caregiver might be a qualified fit to work atConsistently meet division metrics via dials, placements, profiles, etcActively seek out new and unique recruiting tools to gain new businessPromote a team-oriented cultureAdheres to all company policies and standardsSkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate professionally over the phone, email, text and in personStrong time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word & OutlookCompetitive nature with a teamwork spirit in mindAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCollege Degree Preferred but not requiredNew College Graduates are highly encouraged to applyCompany OverviewLRS Healthcare is a health care company that specializes in hospital & health care service.
