[Remote] Recruiter (Job ID: IOHRECPH)

They are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to drive their hiring pipeline and ensure quality candidates meet their clients' high standards for skill and culture.
Responsibilities
ā¢ End-to-End Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks
ā¢ Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
ā¢ Candidate Management: Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
ā¢ Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
ā¢ Coordination & Logistics: Schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and facilitate background verifications
ā¢ Negotiation: Extend offers and assist in salary negotiations to close the best talent
ā¢ Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process
Skills
ā¢ C1 English level is required
ā¢ Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
ā¢ Technical Sourcing: Familiarity with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and modern recruitment strategies
ā¢ Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
ā¢ Judgment: Strong decision-making abilities and an eye for identifying 'star' talent
ā¢ Mindset: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized under pressure
ā¢ ATS Proficiency: Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar)
ā¢ Sourcing Tools: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or specialized job boards
ā¢ Basic AI Tools: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to assist in JD creation and outreach
ā¢ Communication Suites: Expert level in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and Slack/Zoom
ā¢ Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred
