[Remote] Recruiter Intern (Remote - Bilingual Mandarin)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a Recruiter Intern who is bilingual in Mandarin. The intern will assist the recruitment team with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.ResponsibilitiesAssist the recruitment team in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hiresPost job openings on job boards, career websites, and social media platformsAssist in reviewing resumes, screening applications, and conducting preliminary phone interviewsHelp coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Help create and maintain recruitment materials, including job descriptions and interview guidesSupport the team with background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment activitiesAssist in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other sourcing activitiesProvide administrative support to the HR team as neededSkillsCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resourcesFluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPrevious internship or work experience in HR/recruiting (preferred but not required)Company OverviewGlint Tech Solutions is an IT consulting company specializing in helping businesses leverage technology to achieve their goals.
