They are seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, with an emphasis on outbound sourcing and talent engagement across various functions.ResponsibilitiesOutbound sourcing - Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functionsFull-cycle recruiting - Manage the recruiting process end-to-end from sourcing and screening through offer and closingSales hiring - Lead recruiting efforts for GTM functions including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership rolesTechnical support - Assist with recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as neededPipeline development - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsCandidate experience - Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and thoughtful experience throughout the interview processStakeholder partnership - Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, interview processes, and talent strategyProcess improvement - Help refine recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and hiring workflowsMarket intelligence - Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapesEmployer branding - Represent Breeze externally and help position the company as a top destination for talentSkills5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of bothProven success hiring sales and go-to-market talentExperience supporting technical recruiting processes is preferredStrong sourcing and outbound recruiting experienceExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneouslyBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceAgency recruiting experience is a strong plusStartup recruiting experience is highly preferredExperience recruiting within fintech, payments, or high-growth startupsExperience helping build recruiting processes and interview infrastructure from the ground upStrong understanding of modern sourcing and talent engagement strategiesBenefitsCompetitive compensation + potential equity opportunity21 days PTO ProratedBenefits: annual medical allowance, productivity budget, gym membership & wellness subsidyAnnual team retreat tripBe part of a team backed by Sequoia Capital with a healthy runwayOpportunity to help build and shape recruiting at a high-growth fintech companyCompany OverviewBreeze focuses on helping businesses accept and manage both traditional card payments and cryptocurrency transactions.
