They are seeking a proactive recruiter to manage all recruitment initiatives for their start-up software companies, including full-cycle recruitment and collaboration with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profiles.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership and manage all recruitment related activities and initiativesTake on full-cycle recruitment process and onboardingWork with the managers to identify the ideal candidate profile for ever role, update requirements and job posting as requiredSource both active and passive candidates through different channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting) with the intent of identifying, and recruiting the best talentBe the main point of contact for hiring Managers, candidates, and third-party recruiting related servicesConduct background and reference checksNegotiate and prepare offers of employment and all other associated documentationFollow up with candidate regardless of outcome and ensure candidates maintain a favorable impression of the companyKeep track of all new hires and other such important information which can help assess future needsAssist employees with HR, Payroll and Benefit inquiriesStay current with payroll regulations, standards, and work methods (Canada & US)Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team when necessaryAssist in ad-hoc HR projectsSkillsAt least 2 years of recruiting experienceExperience hiring technical roles in the technology and software industryExperience with global hiringDetail-oriented individual who is not afraid of taking initiativesInnovative ideas and approaches for Talent AcquisitionExperience using social media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms, and sourcing mechanisms such as job boards, company cold calling, headhunting, and others, to identify candidatesMaturity and demonstrated professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential informationStrong time management and organization skills; exceptional attention to detailStrong communications, analytical, and customer service skillsProven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment processBilingual is ideal, but must have an excellent command of written and spoken EnglishExperience using Workable a plus but not necessaryBenefitsFully remote positionA work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respectCompany OverviewPartnerOne acquires and grows enterprise software companies for the long term.
