The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting top talent for campus and early career positions, managing recruiting efforts, and ensuring a personalized candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesManage recruiting efforts for experienced hires at the early career level across the businessProactively source candidates using a variety of strategies, including cold outreach, online databases, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry eventsFacilitate offer decision processes by balancing input from multiple stakeholders, guiding discussions to surface potential issues, and building alignmentServe as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing offers, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth onboardingIdentify and build relationships with target candidates, manage a high volume of applications, and plan and execute large scale interview days both virtually and in Chartis officesPartner with the campus and early career recruiting team to develop strategies and lead initiatives on an as needed basis (e.g., interview training, recruiting marketing, etc.)SkillsBachelor's degree required2-4 years of work experience, preferably in recruiting at a professional services firmOutstanding written and verbal communicator; able to clearly and passionately articulate the Chartis value proposition and listen exceptionally wellFlexible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple responsibilities and processes independently while remaining detail-orientedAbility to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels throughout the firmHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and applicant tracking systemsThe role works remotely, however, must be able to travel occasionally to firm events and meetingsBenefitsMay be eligible for an annual discretionary bonusMedicalDentalVisionHSAFSADisability insuranceLife insurance401(k) matchPaid time offWellness stipendAdditional voluntary benefitsCompany OverviewThe challenges facing US healthcare are longstanding and all too familiar.
