They are seeking a full-time Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring client staffing needs are met with high-quality talent.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for client-facing rolesSource candidates primarily through Indeed and LinkedInReview resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fitCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate communicationSupport internal hiring needs as well as external client recruitmentMaintain organized pipelines, trackers, and hiring documentationCollaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and prioritiesEnsure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experienceSkillsMinimum 2 years of recent recruitment experience using Indeed and LinkedInProven ability to manage both internal and external hiring processesWillingness to work graveyard / night shiftFast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and workflowsStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsComfortable working remotely and juggling multiple open rolesExperience with JobDiva is preferred but not requiredProactive and resourceful in sourcing talentHighly organized with strong attention to detailTakes ownership of deliverables and timelinesAdaptable, collaborative, and professional in candidate interactionsMotivated to grow within a global staffing and consulting environmentCompany OverviewThe Methodical Group focuses on business management consulting, information technology services, and human resource staffing services.
