The Vice President, Finance will serve as a strategic finance leader, overseeing financial planning, accounting, and reporting while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial leadership and insight to drive business strategy and executionPartner with the President and executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvement effortsTranslate strategy into actionable financial plans, metrics, and accountabilitiesDevelop and institutionalize KPIs and business metrics that provide forward-looking insightsLead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actionsLead business-unit budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesProvide executive oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls through direct leadership of the ControllerEnsure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirementsPromote strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards across the Finance organizationPartner closely with the DTFOC Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller to ensure accounting processes are developed and managed in accordance with the expectations of the DTFOCLead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary finance organization, including FP&A and AccountingBuild a culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with increasing responsibilityDemonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to drive strategy and resultsStrong strategic and analytical leadership capabilitiesProven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh ethical standards, sound judgment, and a results-oriented mindsetResults OrientationAgilityInitiativeInfluenceCustomer FocusStrategic ThinkingDriving ChangeOperational ExcellenceOrganizational AgilityCritical ThinkingMBA or CPA strongly preferredExperience in a private equity-backed environment strongly preferredBenefitsCommission, bonus or profit sharingPaid time offMedicalDentalVision401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution)Company OverviewDealer Tire helps auto manufacturers and dealers grow their tire and light maintenance business.
