The role involves strategic sourcing, managing requisitions, and building candidate pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to ensure exceptional hiring outcomes.ResponsibilitiesStrategic sourcing — Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, market mapping, competitive intelligence, talent communities, and direct outreach to identify passive candidates for niche and high‑impact rolesFull‑cycle recruiting — Manage requisitions from intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring‑manager experienceHard‑to‑fill roles — Recruit for specialized corporate positions (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, EHS, IT, etc.) and salaried manufacturing roles (Plant Leadership, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations)Hiring manager partnership — Conduct detailed intake meetings, provide market insights, set expectations, and influence decisions with data‑driven recommendationsPipeline development — Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring or business‑critical roles across multiple U.S. locationsCandidate assessment — Screen for technical skills, leadership competencies, and cultural alignmentProcess optimization — Recommend improvements to sourcing workflows, recruitment technology usage, and candidate engagement strategiesEmployer branding — Represent the company’s culture and value proposition in the talent marketplaceData & reporting — Track KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, sourcing channel effectiveness, and diversity outreachSkills5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on passive candidate sourcingProven success filling salaried corporate and manufacturing leadership roles in competitive marketsExpertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent intelligence platforms, and CRM/ATS systemsStrong communication, consultative skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience supporting multi-site U.S. operations and navigating diverse labor marketsAbility to manage a high requisition load while maintaining quality and speedCompany OverviewDisclaimer : We are a community and job agrregator job board, where recruiters & job seekers as members connect for confidential and other roles.
