They are seeking a Recruiter to drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for store-level roles and ensure a positive candidate experience while building a strong pipeline of potential candidates.ResponsibilitiesDrive the full life-cycle recruitment process for our store-level rolesConduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needsEnsure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in all job openingsCollaborate with management to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics and recruitment requirements to develop recruitment strategies that support their objectivesEngage in community outreach activities, build relationships with local organizations, attend job fairs, and develop partnerships to attract diverse talent pools and develop a comprehensive approach to innovative talent sourcing and pipeliningOrganize and execute hiring events, including open houses and recruitment sessions to attract and assess potential candidates efficientlyTrack and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvementsUpdate and maintain internal HR databases with accurate candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentialityServe as ambassadors in the field, driving adoption of HR corporate initiatives and ensuring consistent communication and execution across locationsSkills3+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in the hospitality or service industryStrong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practicesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldThorough knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projectsStrong relationship-building skills; able to influence and partner with field leadershipFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsResults-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goalsBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is requiredBenefitsHealth & Wellness – Medical, Dental & VisionPTODiscounted MealsGrowth Opportunities401(k) Plan with Company MatchCompany OverviewPura Vida Miami is a cafe chain that offers a range of healthy food options like smoothies, salad bowls, juices, wraps, coffee, and snacks.
