Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
