[Remote] Real Estate Marketing & Website Consultant (Project-Based)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Colonial Properties, Inc. is looking for a consultant to upgrade their online presence and lead generation. This project-based role involves website improvements, SEO enhancements, and lead generation setup.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Website rebuild or major refresh (modern design, clear service pages, strong calls-to-action, mobile-first, fast load)
ā¢ SEO + local SEO (on-page SEO, content structure, tracking)
ā¢ Google Business Profile improvements (optimization, posts/photos, review system, local visibility)
ā¢ Lead generation setup (conversion-focused landing pages, contact forms, call tracking, optional paid search/retargeting if recommended)
Skills
ā¢ Knowledge and experience to handle website improvements
ā¢ Knowledge and experience in SEO
ā¢ Knowledge and experience in Google Business Profile optimization
ā¢ Knowledge and experience in lead generation
ā¢ Ability to manage projects independently
ā¢ Ability to communicate clearly
ā¢ Ability to show progress consistently
ā¢ Time to follow through and deliver
