Responsibilities
Ā Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
Ā Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications
Ā Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
Ā Follow-up with customers both during and after their move to ensure satisfaction
Ā Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
Ā Prepare move-related paperwork and documents
Ā All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required
Ā Excellent customer service skills; friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
Ā Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Ā Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ā Exceptional organization and time management skills
Ā Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Ā Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Ā Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to our company Core Values

Pay: From $25.90 - $35.00 per hour
