They are seeking a Provider Contracting Lead Analyst to use negotiation skills to manage complex provider contracts and ensure compliance with contracting guidelines. Responsibilities • Prepare, analyze, review, and project financial impact of larger or complex provider contracts and alternate contract terms. • Conduct negotiations and draft individual contracts while ensuring the smooth operation and administration of provider agreements. • Track the financial performance of contracts and ensure compliance with contracting guidelines. • Exercise judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. • Exercise in-depth professional knowledge to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Provider Contracting.
