Basic Qualifications
EDUCATOIN REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree is required or equivalent relevant experience, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

You may prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation. You’ll also respond to and diagnose problems and answer queries regarding computer hardware, software, printers, network and telecommunications systems. These requests may be internal and external client-focused for company-hosted web-enabled solutions. This is a 2nd Shift position.
