[Remote] Project Manager/Analyst - 6 Month Contract

They are seeking a Project Manager/Analyst to support senior leadership in driving strategic projects and operational execution across the organization. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, creating project plans, and monitoring progress while working in a collaborative team setting.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, Gantt charts, and tracking tools for cross-functional initiativesCoordinate activities across teams to align deliverables, milestones, and decision pointsFacilitate project meetings, capture action items, and drive follow-through across stakeholdersMonitor progress, identify risks early, and deliver mitigation plansSupport strategic and operational initiatives focused on efficiency and executionCreate dashboards, status reports, and leadership-ready project updatesAssist with evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and workflow improvementsDrive projects forward independently in an environment with evolving priorities and limited structureAdapt to shifting needs and contribute where support is most criticalSkills3+ years of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or business operations within biotech, pharma, or life sciencesExperience working in a small or emerging life sciences organizationStrong project planning skills (Gantt charts, timelines, trackers)Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced settingStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who can navigate ambiguity and work with limited oversightInterest in process improvement, operational excellence, and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools)Experience supporting cross-functional drug development, research, clinical, medical affairs, or operational initiativesExposure to process improvement, digital transformation, or workflow optimizationFamiliarity with project management and collaboration toolsExperience partnering directly with senior leadershipCompany OverviewMeet Life Sciences is a global leader in providing bespoke talent solutions to the life sciences industry.
