[Remote] Project Manager Tech 3

TALENT Software Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager Tech 3 to support and improve tools and programs that power data centers globally. The role involves overseeing project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, focusing on project design, scope management, cost control, and quality and performance reporting.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scopeManage project resources, including procuring staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advisingPartner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirementsLead teams of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needsDefine test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance TestingFacilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and proceduresPrepare and present cost-benefit analysesEnsure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilizedMake presentations to steering committees or project sponsorsSkillsBachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field requiredPMP or PMI certification5-7 years of experienceProven project management experiencePeople management and team-building skillsDemonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organizationStrong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functionsExperience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environmentAn MBA or other related advanced degreeBenefitsCandidate Location Requirements: Remote, with a preference for candidates in PST or EST zones.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.The supplier will provide standard equipment.Company OverviewTalent Software Services is an IT staffing services company of healthcare and government sectors.
