We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Information Security Manager to join our team and play a critical role in safeguarding our systems, data, and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a security professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and business strategy.
In this role, you won’t just manage security, you’ll help shape it. You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build, strengthen, and scale a security program that supports our mission, aligns with our values, and keeps us ahead of evolving threats.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage SOC and PCI-DSS audits from preparation through execution
Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, guiding system walkthroughs and technical discussions
Own and respond to security questionnaires, RFPs, and client inquiries
Translate audit findings and vulnerabilities into actionable remediation plans
Partner with IT and Development teams to integrate security into the SDLC and cloud infrastructure
Conduct vulnerability assessments, gap analyses, and risk mitigation strategies
Design, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response programs
Architect and deploy technical security controls and compliance solutions
Ensure continuous alignment with frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001
Stay ahead of emerging threats by monitoring security advisories, patches, and best practices
What You Bring
3–5+ years of experience in Information Security, IT Audit, GRC, or Compliance
Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and audit processes
Experience with Linux administration and secure cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Knowledge of VPC/VNet architecture, micro-segmentation, and zero-trust frameworks
Ability to translate technical findings into business insights and solutions
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred.
