[Remote] Project Manager, Professional Services

They are seeking an independent and motivated Project Manager to develop consolidated project plans and interact with global business and technical teams to ensure successful project completion.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a full understanding of customer requirements, identifying project deliverables and outcomesWorking with clients from project initiation to completion, which encompasses the planning, organizing, and management of resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectivesDevelop and monitor schedules to ensure that projects are completed within established deadlinesAssist with the development of project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource requirementsIdentifying project risks, mitigation strategies and communicating status and risk issues to stakeholdersLead status meetings, tracks and maintains detailed issues and risks lists, and prepares appropriate project meeting minutes and status reportsMeet regularly with related service providers to ensure that integration issues are identified and resolvedInterfaces with all levels of business and technical management staff, as well as project teams to facilitate problem resolution and the resolution of competing prioritiesMonitors team progress to ensure that project objectives are metSkillsMust have 3-5 years of experience in executing small to mid-sized technology projects focused on client infrastructure onboardingMust possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
