The role involves managing multiple projects, building client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple Professional Services projects concurrently, from kickoff to deliveryBuild and maintain client relationships, identifying objectives and ensuring successful outcomesOwn project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress, escalate risks, and deliver status updates to stakeholdersLead cross-functional teams, motivating members to meet goals and project commitmentsCollaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to drive successSupport QA processes and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality deliveryContribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and templates within Professional ServicesKeep systems of record (Zendesk, Salesforce, Asana, Harvest, etc.) updated in line with team standardsSkills3-5+ years of project management experience or equivalent, delivering complex client-facing projects3+ years in SaaS (service delivery or solutions) with hands-on client engagementStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills—effective both in-person and virtually, at all levelsExperience managing large-scale and/or enterprise-level event technology implementationsSuccess working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams; international experience preferredSolid technical vocabulary in website development, frameworks, and languagesExceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitySelf-motivated, independent, and skilled at managing multiple priorities and timelinesLeveraged AI tools to streamline workflows and improve day-to-day efficiencyTravel up to 10%5+ years of SaaS experience (service delivery or solutions)Familiarity with Swoogo or similar event management platformsExperience in event management (event technology, registration, lead retrieval, or event marketing)Strong knowledge of onsite event management processes and best practicesCompany OverviewSwoogo is a fast-growing event management software company.
