[Remote] Project Manager (Media)

They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee performance marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration between teams while managing project timelines and budgets.ResponsibilitiesLead and own day-to-day project delivery across multiple performance marketing projects - spanning media planning & strategy, social advertising, programmatic, media and creative testingDefine clear requirements across media, creative, and strategyBuild timelines and coordinate deliverables using tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira, while making sure we stay within project scope / budgetAct as the glue between internal teams (media, creative, analytics) and external stakeholdersSupport campaign & testing setup, approvals, QA processes, and performance check-insProactively identify blockers, propose solutions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracksDrive continuous improvement in how we work - from kickoff through reportingSupport testing roadmaps and structured end-to-end test planning, managing interdependencies between creative & media teams, launch & performance analysisOwn project financials – maintain budget overviews, support invoicing processes, and partner with our finance team to ensure accurate billingSkills2+ years of experience in an agency environment, ideally managing paid media or integrated marketing campaignsUnderstanding of digital performance marketing, especially paid social, search, and programmatic, and knowledge of what it takes to deliver successful campaignsFluency in project management practices but flexibility to adapt when things changeStrong communication skills to build trust with clients and motivate teams internallyOrganized, proactive, and calm under pressure - able to juggle timelines and deliverables without losing sight of the big pictureAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teamsPassion for marketing and creative workHands-on experience working with cross-functional marketing teams (media, analytics, creative)Passion for continuous learning and improving team workflowsBenefitsHealthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage401k plan, plus matchingPTOPaid Company HolidaysParental LeaveCompany OverviewDEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster.
