**Essential Qualifications:**
- **2+ years of experience in a customer-facing web business or a high-growth, high-speed product or team.**
- **Master SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R.**

- **Familiarity with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategies.**
- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams.**
- **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.**
