As a Project Manager I, you will advance critical initiatives to enhance employee experience and optimize operations through effective project management and customer service.ResponsibilitiesAssists in the facilitation of workflow analysis and improvement. Uses standard techniques to facilitate change management plansDevelop and manage low complexity project plans and assist in the development and management of moderately complex projects. Maintain issues lists, meeting minutes, agendas, status reports and other project artifacts. Organize project meetings. Provide regular updates and escalate issues as necessaryDevelop understanding of change management processes and activities. Model outstanding customer service including timely follow-up and prompt escalationDevelop ability to analyze technology capabilities and future needs, including drafting requirements documents and vendor selection processes.
